Paul Malson is the owner and operator of Catalyst Inspections, a Florida Panhandle inspection company serving homeowners, buyers, sellers, real estate professionals, and commercial clients. Based in Northwest Florida, Paul brings more than two decades of inspection and construction-related experience to every property he evaluates.

Paul began his inspection career in 2004 as the founder of a nationwide commercial inspection company, where he inspected more than 10,000 locations for some of the world’s largest international retailers. That large-scale commercial background helped him develop a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to evaluating buildings, documenting findings, and communicating clearly with decision-makers.

In 2013, Paul shifted his primary focus to residential inspections along the Florida Panhandle, bringing his commercial-level standards to home buyers and sellers from Escambia County through Walton County. His work emphasizes thorough visual evaluation, practical explanations, and reliable reporting designed to help clients make confident real estate decisions.
