Every inspection includes a detailed digital report, usually delivered within 24 hours.
Catalyst Phase Inspections and 10 Month Followup
We monitor your home’s construction during key phases and perform a follow-up before your 10-month builder warranty expires.
Catalyst Residential Inspection
A comprehensive assessment of the home’s major systems and components to provide a clear understanding of the property's condition. Always inludes a Wind Mitigation and 4pt Report which are necessary for insurance.
Full Inspection Off Grade With Pool
This complete inspection is designed for off-grade homes, including a detailed evaluation of the pool system and components.
New Build Inspection
We inspect new construction properties to catch workmanship errors and verify that systems are installed correctly before closing. Wind Mitigation Included (Good for 5 years)
Well Testing
We test your well water to ensure it is safe for consumption and meets safety standards for your household. There are three tests. The Bacteria test will be returned within 48 hours. The Lead and Nitrate tests take 10 business days and can only be completed on Wednesdays (due to EPA Laboratory Requirements).
Pre-Listing Inspection
Identify issues in advance so you can make repairs or adjust your asking price, helping to streamline the sales process.
Revisit Combo
We return to the property to verify that previously identified repairs have been addressed and completed to a professional standard.
2026 Wind Mitigation Inspection
We assess your home’s wind-resistant features to help you understand your risk and secure potential insurance benefits.

How long does an inspection take?
Most single-family homes take 2–3 hours depending on size, age, and condition.
When do I get my report?
Your full photo report is often available within 30 minutes following the inspection. They are always delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.
Can I attend the inspection?
Absolutely — We know this is a huge personal investment. We want you to be fully aware of the uniqueness of your property. If you wish to be present for the inspection, we recommend that you arrive 1-1/2 hours after it starts. But you are welcome at any point.
